This is an interesting article for current tenants to review. We recently had tenants who were displaced for approximately two weeks due to a major water line break in the home. Thankfully, they had renters insurance. As their property manager, we coordinated them moving into a hotel temporarily and not only did the insurance cover their hotel bill, but it also covered meals as well as damage to their personal property.
