PPA Properties Agent Referral Program

We protect your client relationships like they’re our own. You focus on sales—we handle management and send them back to you when it’s time to list.

For any owner referred to PPA Properties for management, PPA will not solicit sales services from that owner or their tenants. If the owner or a tenant elects to buy or sell, PPA will notify and refer the transaction to the referring agent when applicable. PPA’s limited sales (investor support, preforeclosure assistance, and first-time homebuyer help for tenants) do not override referring agent rights without written consent.

Referral fee

  • 25% of the first month’s rent.
  • Paid within10 business days after the first month clears.
  • Paid to yourBroker-in-Charge (BIC) per NC rules.

Our promise (and where we do limited sales)

  • No poaching—ever. If you referred the owner for PM, any future sale goes back to you.
  • Investor support. We occasionally handle buy/sell for an existing portfolio investor.
  • Tenant → first-time homebuyer pathway. We educate tenants on readiness, budgeting, and lending—and if a tenant wants to buy:
    • If you have an existing relationship with that tenant, we loop you in first.
    • If not, we’ll assist—but never solicit sales from any client you referred.

How to refer (3 quick steps)

  1. Send the referral via form or email.
  2. We contact your client within one business day, CC’ing you.
  3. We sign the PMA and onboard. You get confirmation and payout timing.

Fine print

  • Licensed NC brokers only.
  • Payment goes through your BIC.
  • If we’re already in active talks with the owner, we’ll tell you before moving forward.
  • W-9 on file required; 1099 issued when applicable.
