For our current residents, we have a complete set of tools and procedures to make your stay with us more comfortable and rewarding. Use our website to submit any maintenance requests, pay your rent, or just to drop us a line. We love to hear from our residents.

We accept service animals with proper documentation. Service animals are not subject to additional deposit or pet inspection fee. Once your application is approved we will provide the request for reasonable accommodation and verifications.
While we understand that your pet may be sweet and gentle, neither PPA Properties nor our clients are willing or able to take a risk of renting to an animal that is considered dangerous by most insurance companies.

Please turn off water at main water shut off and then call us.
Gas odor/carbon monoxide detector alarming
Please leave home, call gas company then call us
For other maintenance issues, please submit a request through your residents portal. If you prefer, you can follow up with an email or a phone call.
Issues that are considered high priority maintenance are:
- No hot water
- No air conditioning if outside temperature is > 85 degrees
- No heat if outside temperature is < 50 degrees
- Refrigerator not cooling
